Purpose: The purpose and effect of the proposed zoning by-law amendment is to change the zoning of two 1 acre severed lots from the Rural (RU) zone to the Rural Residential (RR) zone. The rezoning of the severed lots to RR is a condition of Severance files B148 & B149/23 and will provide for the appropriate zoning for the size and proposed use of the new parcels.
